Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
3 C. bread flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C. milk warmed
1/2 C. warm water
1 pound loaf:
1 tsp. active dry yeast
2 C. bread flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
3 ounces milk warmed
2 ounces warm water

Cooking Instructions

Add all the ingredients in order. Select thin crust and start the machine.
