Eggless Egg Sandwich Spread
Ingredients
1/2 pound tofu
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 each celery stalk
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
Salt, as required
Cooking Instructions
Mash tofu. Finely chop the onion and celery (use a food processor if you have one handy). Combine all ingredients and chill well.
