Ingredients

2 C. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. nutmeats
1 C. raisins
1 1/2 C. applesauce
1/2 C. salad oil

Cooking Instructions

Sift dry ingredients, add raisins and nuts, then applesauce and oil. Beat well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan in 325 degree f. Oven. Good without nuts, with a few extra raisins, or try a C. of toasted oatmeal.
