Drum Sausage
Ingredients
Dress and fillet drum, discarding all dark meat. Use 10 lbs. drum meat cut into cubes. 1 lb. chopped bacon
4 oz. sausage seasoning, or to taste
Cooking Instructions
Grind all together. Package and store in refrigerator or freeze.
