Ingredients

1 small pack Oreo cookies, crushed
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 C. powdered sugar replacement
1 tub Cool Whip, defrosted
3-1/2 C. milk

Cooking Instructions

Crush cookies and pat half in bottom of 13 by 9 by 2 pan. Make pudding and put in refrigerator to firm up. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. With mixer on low, blend cream cheese mixture into pudding. Fold in the cool whip. Pour over the cookies. Top with the rest of the crushed cookies.
