Diet Substitute Whipped Cream
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sacrose
1/2 C. non-fat dry skim milk powder
Cooking Instructions
Place 1/2 cup cold water in bowl. Add lemon juice, sacrose and milk powder. Beat until thick. Will stay thick for about 30 minutes. 2 1/2 cups – 1 tablespoon has 7 calories and 12 mg. sodium.
