Ingredients

1 3/4 C. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 C. sugar
3/4 C. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1/2 vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. boiling water

Cooking Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bow. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin) Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
