Ingredients

1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1 C. water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. applesauce
3 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. currants or dried cherries
1/3 C. toasted chopped almonds or pecans

Cooking Instructions

Dissolve coffee in water. Add all ingredients to machine. Use light setting.
