Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, peeled
2 C. plain yogurt, low fat
4 Tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. dried dill weed, or 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Cooking Instructions
Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice cucumber, and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
