Crusty Country Loaf
Ingredients
1 package yeast; scant
1/2 tsp. sugar; or more if you like up to 1 tsp.
1 1/16 C. -warm water; 110 degree. f
3 C. hard wheat flour; or all purpose
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Follow your manufacturers directions. Add water slowly reserving the last bit to see if it needs more by watching the dough ball.
