Creme De Menthe Cake 1
Ingredients
18 1/2 ounce package deluxe white cake mix
4 large eggs
3 1/2 ounce package vanilla pudding mix
1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/4 C. water
1/4 C. green creme de menthe
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 1/2 ounce can chocolate syrup
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 10-inch bundt or tube pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate syrup, in a large mixing bowl; beat about 4 minutes. Remove 1/3 of batter to a separate bowl; add chocolate syrup to the 1/3 portion, and pour into prepared pan. Pour remaining batter over chocolate layer (do not mix). Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pan. Glaze: Combine glaze ingredients; spoon over cake
