Ingredients

3/4 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. cream, heavy
3 Tbsp. apple juice, concentrate
1 1/2 egg beaters
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/3 C. whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Put ingredients in pan according to manufacturers directions. Program for whole wheat mode if your machine has the capability.
