Cream Cheese Mints
Ingredients
3-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar replacement
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 to 1 tsp. mint flavoring
food color, as desired
Cooking Instructions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sugar replacement, water, flavoring and food color. Dough may be divided into parts, and different flavoring and food color added to each part. Knead or work with hand until dough is smooth. Roll into small, marble-sized balls. Press each ball firmly into cavity of mold. Unmold onto wax paper.
