Ingredients

1/4 C. cracked wheat
1/4 C. boiling water
to add to the baking pan
1 1/2 C. bread flour
3/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 C. warm milk
1 Tbsp. (1 1/2 Tbsp.; 2 Tbsp.) honey
2 tsp. (1 Tbsp.; 1 Tbsp.) vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Pour water over cracked wheat; set aside. Let cool to lukewarm. Add ingredients to baking pan, reserving cracked wheat until last. Bake on medium temperature; start machine
