Coriander Spareribs
Ingredients
5 pound pork spareribs
1/4 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. garlic; minced
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 Tbsp. coriander; ground
1 tsp. dried red hot chilies; crush
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Trim excess fat off ribs. Cut ribs apart between bones. In a 14 x 17 inch bake, covered, in a 400 degree oven until meat is almost tender when pierced.
