2/3 C. water
2 C. white bread flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. olive oil
2/3 C. corn meal
1/3 C. creamed corn
2 Tbsp. green chilies, canned/diced
1 tsp. jalapenos, canned/diced
1 tsp. cilantro, dried
1 1/2 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 C. water
3 C. white bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 C. corn meal
1/2 C. creamed corn
1/4 C. green chilies, canned/diced
1/2 Tbsp. jalapenos, canned/diced
2 tsp. cilantro, dried
2 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 tsp. active dry yeast
Cooking Instructions
Put the ingredients in the breadmaker in the order listd. This recipe can be used with the regular and rapid bake cycles.
