Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
2/3 C. nonfat dry milk powder
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
5 tsp. sugar, or sugar substitute
1/4 C. water
1-1/2 oz. corn or wheat flake cereal
2 Tbsp. raisins
Cooking Instructions
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, dry milk, cocoa, sugar and water. Mix until well blended. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press mixture into bottom of a 4 by 8 inch loaf pan. Chill 30 minutes or longer. Cut into bars and serve.
