Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
1 square unsweetened baking chocolate
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
In a heavy pot, slowly melt the chocolate. Stir in honey and vanilla. Makes 1/4 C., enough to glaze an 8 cake. Keep in refrigerator.
