Chocolate Bar Cake 2
Ingredients
8 plain chocolate bars
15 1/2 ounces chocolate syrup
2 C. sugar
2 sticks oleo
4 eggs
3 1/2 C. flour
1 C. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 C. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Melt bars and syrup together. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add cooled chocolate and mix well. Add flour and buttermilk alternately. Add pecans and vanilla last. Bake in tube pan 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
