Chocolate Almond Icing
Ingredients
1/2 C. soymilk or water
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. almond butter
Cooking Instructions
Combine soymilk, sugar and chocolate chips in a large saucepan. Over a medium heat, stir constantly, until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture comes to a boil. Add almond butter and mix well. Transfer icing to a bowl and cool to room temperature. The icing will thicken as it cools.
