Chinese Chicken And Vegetables
Ingredients
1 pounds boneless chicken breast tenders to 1
1/2 pounds
2 C. coarsely-chopped cabbage
1 medium onion cut in large chunks
1 medium red bell pepper cut in large chunks
1 packet Kikkoman Oriental Chicken Salad Seasoning
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 C. frozen mixed oriental vegetables
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
Cooking Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place first 8 ingredients in crock pot, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir cornstarch and cold water together, add with vegetables during the last 30 minutes.
