Chili With Plums And Turkey
Ingredients
1 pound turkey/chicken tenders or cutlets
2 Tbsp. chili or taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves finely minced
1 C. salsa your choice of degree
1/2 C. peach, apricot or plum preserves
Cooking Instructions
Cut meat into cubes or strips. Dust with seasoning and quickly brown together with garlic on top of stove. Put meat into crock pot. Deglaze skillet with salsa and jam then pour over chicken. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
