Ingredients

3 C. whole wheat flour
1/3 C. popcorn flour
1 1/2 tsp. bouquet garni
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. date sugar
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 C. mashed kidney beans
1 1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. oil
4 tsp. active dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in bread machine according to your manufacturers instructions. Use the whole wheat cycle
