Chicken With Lima Beans
Ingredients
1 frying chicken cut up
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. oil
2 large potatoes cubed
1 package frozen lima beans thawed
1 C. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. thyme
Cooking Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in large skillet, fry chicken until browned on both sides. Place chicken in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
