Ingredients

1/2 C. water
1/2 C. nuts or seeds
1/4 C. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
4 C. additional water

Cooking Instructions

Blend smooth all but additional water. Pour blended ingredients into a saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water, pour into pan.
