Chicken La Choy
Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
1 1/3 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cloves
1/2 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot, mix all other ingredients and poor over chicken. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Time will vary on how much chicken is used and whether or not it is frozen. Serve this with rice, or with rice patties.
