Chicken Enchiladas Cajun Style
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts or 1 fryer, cooked, cut bite size
1 can mushroom soup
chili peppers, to taste, seeded and chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pack corn tortillas (12)
brick or American cheese, grated.
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Mix and place half in casserole. Cover with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
