Chicken Curry With Rice
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips or chunks
2 large onions quartered, and thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Tamari
1 tsp. Madras curry powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 C. chicken broth or water
Hot cooked rice
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except rice, together in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low from 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
