Ingredients

1 egg white
2 Tbsp. cheery yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Beat egg white in soft peaks; gradually add the yogurt. Beat to stiff peaks. Spread on 8 x 9 inch cake. Serve immediately. This can frost side and tops of any size cake.
