Ingredients

1/4 pound butter
7 ounces flour
1 tsp. backing powder
1 egg
1/4 pound sugar
Filling
1 1/8 pounds quark or cream cheese
7 ounces sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla pudding
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/8 C. milk
1 2/3 pounds quark or cream cheese
7/8 ounce sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla pudding
1 C. whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

Combine ingredients for dough and line a 10 inch Springform with it. Make a 1 inch rim on the side of form. Combine the ingredients for the filling and add to lined form. Bake at 350 for about 80-90 minutes.
