Cheese And Rice Casserole
Ingredients
2-1/2 C. brown rice, cooked
3 green onions, or scallions, chopped
1 C. low fat cottage cheese, or hoop cheese
1 tsp. dried dill
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 C. low fat milk
Cooking Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
