Ingredients

1 ounce cumin seeds
1 Tbsp. salt
1 pinch asafetida
3 tsp. chili power
2 Tbsp. amchur
2 tsp. ginger, ground

Cooking Instructions

Lightly toast cumin with salt and asafetida. Grind all ingredients to a fine powder and our into a jar with a tight fitting lid.
