Ingredients

1 C. carrot baby food
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 C. bread flour
1/2 C. flaked coconut; toasted
1/3 C. walnuts; chopped, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions, adding carrots with water, and coconut and walnuts with flour. Basic/white bread cycle. Medium/normal color setting.
