Carrot Miso Pate
Ingredients
2 C. carrots, sliced
3 each slices ginger
2 each green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. mellow white miso
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Cooking Instructions
Steam carrots, ginger and green onions until the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth along with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a dish and serve.
