Carrot Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. water
1 1/3 C. white bread flour
2/3 C. wheat bread flour
2 tsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
2/3 C. carrots, grated
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 C. water
2 1/4 C. white bread flour
1 C. wheat bread flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. carrots, grated
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 C. yogurt, plain
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/4 C. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Cooking Instructions
This recipe can be used with the regular and rapid bake cycles.
