Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. honey
2 C. warm water
2 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. white flour
1/2 C. carob powder
1/2 C. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C. chopped nuts, optional

Cooking Instructions

Mix together yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir together well all ingredients. Fill oiled muffing tins 2/3 full. Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees. For 30 to 35 minutes. For muffins or
