Cardamon Pound Cake
Ingredients
1 pound butter
1 C. white sugar
1 1/2 C. brown sugar vanilla
5 eggs
4 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cardamom
1 C. milk
Streusel
Brown sugar
Chopped walnuts
Cardamom
Cooking Instructions
Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until incorporated. Sift together flour, cardamom, and baking powder; add alternately with milk to the egg mixture, starting and ending with flour. Layer batter with streusel in a buttered and floured bundt pan (batter, streusel, batter, streusel, batter). Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours.
