Caramel Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
5 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
8 marshmallows
1 C. half & half cream
1/2 C. nuts
Cooking Instructions
Cook potatoes with peelings until soft. Cool and peel, cut in quarters and place in greased casserole. Mix salt, sugar and flour. Sprinkle over potatoes, dot with butter. Add marshmallow and nuts. Pour half & half over all and bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
