Ingredients

1 package (4-serving size) sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 C. nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
2 small apples, red delicious, cored, finely chopped (1 C.)
1 C. crushed pineapple, undrained, packed in its own juice
2 oz. peanuts, chopped (1/2 C.)
1 oz. miniature marshmallows (1/2 C.)
3/4 C. reduced calories whipped topping

Cooking Instructions

In medium bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Add the rest and mix gently to combine. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
