Ingredients

1/4 C. water
3/4 C. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
buttermilk dressing mix
3 C. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
