Ingredients

1 C. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 C. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast; (1 package red star)
at mix bread beep
2/3 C. bacon bits; real bacon
2/3 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
