Bums Rush
Ingredients
1 pkg. hot dogs
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. can pork and beans (2 lbs., 10 oz. can)
1 lg. can creamed corn
Cooking Instructions
Make a good campfire and wait until you have a good bed of coals. In a big cast iron skillet, over the coals, put in the sliced hot dogs and the chopped onion and add the oil. Stir and fry until slightly dark brown. Add the pork and beans, juice and all. Add the creamed corn and heat everything through. Serve on campfire toasted hot dog buns.
