Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
2/3 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 C. shredded coconut or nutmeats

Cooking Instructions

Combine the ingredients and spread over a warm, freshly baked cake. Place the cake under the broiler until the icing bubbles but watch it does not burn.
