Brochette Of Chicken
Ingredients
24 oz chicken breast — cut in cubes
1/2 bn fresh parsley — finely chopped
1 t fresh garlic –,Minced
1/2 t cumin
1 salt and white pepper — to taste
3/4 c olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken. Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes.
