Broccoli With Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
6 C. broccoli, cut into florets
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
Cooking Instructions
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6 7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
