Breakfast Punch
Ingredients
6 eggs
2 C. herb seasoned croutons (garlic and onion)
1 lb. sausage or 1/2 lb. bacon
2 C. milk or half and half
1 to 2 C. sharp grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Green chilies
Mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Put croutons on bottom of casserole pan. Cook sausage and crumble over croutons. Pour egg mixture over and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
