Breakfast Pocket
Ingredients
1 tsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 oz. whole wheat pita
Cooking Instructions
Melt margarine until bubbly; add onion and saute until translucent. Add egg and cook until set, 1-2 minutes. Stir in cheese and cook until cheese melts. Slice pita horizontally to form pocket and fill with egg.
