Ingredients

4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 to 3/4 lb. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 C. milk
1 pie crust

Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs and add milk to create mixture. Put cheese in pie crust, then sausage, then egg-milk mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
