Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
3 slices Proteena*, diced
2 slices whole grain bread, cubed
3 potatoes, cooked in skins, peeled, and diced
1 onion, minced
2 Tbsp. corn oil
2 Tbsp. soy milk
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion in oil. Add diced potatoes, Proteena, bread cubes, and salt. Stir. Sprinkle milk over mixture. Cover and simmer over low heat. Turn once. Serve when lightly browned. Will serve 8 to 10. *Loma Linda Foods product.
