Ingredients

1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. shortening
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 C. milk
2 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Mix ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour batter into pan and top with crumbs (3 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoon brown or white sugar, 1 tablespoon shortening – butter preferred). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
